摘要

Abstract

A comprehensive evaluation method for scientifically and rationally planning energy stations is of great significance for the construction and development of new energy systems.Given that existing evaluation methods do not fully integrate energy efficiency,energy quality,and carbon efficiency,and that there are issues with unidirectional indicators in the evaluation index system,this paper first proposes an indicator screening method based on expert trust propagation relationships.Then,considering the basic characteristics of energy stations,a comprehensive evaluation system for energy station planning and operation is established,incorporating energy efficiency,energy quality,carbon efficiency,safety,flexibility,and socio-economic benefits.This paper also introduces a comprehensive evaluation method for energy station planning schemes based on the criteria importance through intercriteria correlation-vlsekriterijumska optimizacija I kompromisno resenje(CRITIC-VIKOR)method.Finally,through case studies,the proposed method is validated as capable of quantifying and assessing the comprehensive benefits of energy station planning and operation,clearly ranking different schemes,and testing the method's applicability and stability.
