数字化转型对企业劳动雇佣结构的影响
The Impact of Digital Transformation on Enterprise Labor Employment Structure:

Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that employment is the most basic peo-ple's livelihood.Taking A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2023 as a sample,this paper examines the impact of digital transforma-tion on enterprise employment.The results show that digital transformation significantly increases the number of labor and average re-muneration levels of enterprises,and this effect is mainly achieved by increasing the scale of output,improving productivity,easing fi-nancing constraints,and activating innovation-driving mechanisms.Further tests indicated that digital transformation has significantly increased the demand for sales,technical and finance personnel,as well as employees with master's,doctoral and undergraduate de-grees,while reducing the demand for production and administrative staff,as well as employees with college and below degrees.The im-pact of digital transformation on corporate employment is greater in private,high-tech enterprises in the eastern region.关键词
