Research on the Impact Mechanism of"Involution"Perception on"Lying Flat":

Abstract
"Involution"and"lying flat"have become typical depictions of the mentality of young professionals in the workplace in re-cent years,but the interactive mechanisms and boundary conditions between the two remain unclear.To address this gap,a survey of 546 young professionals in the workplace was conducted.A moderated mediation model incorporating involution perception,basic psy-chological needs satisfaction,organizational fault tolerance atmosphere,and"lying flat"was constructed and tested to clarify the trigge-ring factors and mechanisms of involution perception on"lying nut".The empirical results revealed that:Involution perception signifi-cantly positively influences the emergence of the"lying flat";Basic psychological needs play a mediating mle,whereby involution per-ception leads to dissatisfaction with autonomy,competence,and re-aledness needs,resulting in the formation of the"lying flat"slate;Organizational fault tolerance atmosphere moderates the positive effect of involution perception on the"lying flat"state and the media-tine role of basic psychological needs satisfaction,thereby further validating the constructed moderated mediation motel.关键词
