摘要

Abstract

Turbidity plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumor diseases,such as"amassment and accumulation","abdominal masses",and"binding of zang-viscera".In this paper,the origin of"turbidity",the formation of cancer"turbidity"theory and the modern scientific connotations of"turbidity"are explored,and the abnormal accumulated metabolites which are closely related to the occurrence and development of cancer are summarized.Professor Hu Kaiwen believes that the generation of"turbidity"in cancer is closely related to the ascending,descending,exiting and entering of qi flow,in which endogenous five pernicious factors and exogenous six pathogenic factors cause the dysfunction of qi movement and disharmony of water and fluids metabolism,transforming into"turbidity"over time and possibly combining with various pathological products such as phlegm,blood stasis,and toxin.He regulates cancer"turbidity"by adjusting the rise and fall of qi movement,putting forward the methods of eliminating turbidity and dispersing turbidity in the treatment of benign and malignant tumors.His main treatment strategies involve eliminating turbidity to descend qi and dispersing turbidity to improve qi stagnation.The paper is expected to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of tumors in traditional Chinese medicine.
