基于态靶理论的子宫肌瘤治疗方略探析
An analysis of treatment strategies for uterine fibroids based on the state-target theory
摘要
Abstract
Uterine fibroid is the most common gynecological benign tumor,with high incidence,high detection rate and high recurrence rate.Its main clinical manifestations involve abdominal mass,heavy menstruation and prolonged menstruation,while its pathogenesis remains unclear.The state-target theory is a modern TCM diagnosis and treatment paradigm proposed by Academician Tong Xiaolin based on his many years of clinical experience,which is applicable to the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of chronic diseases.In this paper,according to the theory of state-target,it is speculated that a stasis state is present in uterine fibroid throughout its whole course,and the specific syndromes,treatment methods,prescriptions and medications for the disease should be discerned and formulated at length under this state.Specifically,the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis should be treated with Sini powder plus Gexia Zhuyu decoction,while the syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis should be treated with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction plus common buried rubber,zedoary rhizome,and the syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis should be treated with Cangfu Daotan pills combined with Guizhi Fuling pills,while the syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency should be treated with Lichong decoction.Besides,the target drugs for patients with different symptoms and indicators are listed as examples,such as for symptom of lower abdominal distention and pain during menstruation,officinal magnolia bark,Yuanhu and combined spicebush root can be added to prescriptions,while for symptom of cold pain in the lower abdomen,cassia bark and processed ginger can be utilized,and for symptom of anemia,fresh milkvetch root,tangshen,Chinese angelica and so on can be selected.The theory of state-target is supposed to reveal the pathogenesis of uterine fibroids in this study.关键词
