透热转气法在重症急性胰腺炎的应用探讨
Application of the theory of clearing heat of Yingfen to Qifen in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis
摘要
Abstract
Severe acute pancreatitis is a critical and severe disease in digestive medicine,with complex pathogenesis and involving multiple viscera.Based on the syndrome differentiation according to the four processes of Weifen,Qifen,Yingfen and Xuefen,guided by the theory of clearing heat of Yingfen to Qifen,taking into account the etiology,pathogenesis and pathological factors of severe acute pancreatitis,the paper holds that the pathological stage of the disease is highly consistent with the pathogenesis,location and nature of the disease according to the theory of"Yingfen"in traditional Chinese medicine.On the basis of clearing Yingfen heat and nourishing Yingfen yin,therapies are applied to activate membrane,dispel pathogens,clear heat,dispel dampness,remove blood stasis and resolve toxins,so as to promote qi movement,clear heat of Yingfen to Qifen,and eliminate pathogens.This paper is aimed at exploring the new approach for syndrome differentiation and treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.关键词
