基于《伤寒论》从肝论治溃疡性结肠炎的思路和方法
Ideas and methods of treating ulcerative colitis from the liver based on the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases
摘要
Abstract
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is an autoimmune disease.Starting from the modern pathogenesis of UC--autoimmune reaction,this article explores the relationship between the liver and the autoimmune system,the relationship between ulcerative colitis and Jueyin liver disease.As ulcerative colitis is a diarrhea syndrome,it should be grouped into the category of Jueyin liver disease.The paper points out that the liver is directly related to the autoimmune function,and the autoimmune disorder is closely related to the disorder of the liver qi,Combined with the chapter of Jueyin disease in the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,it is proposed that UC belongs to the category of diarrhea,which is the syndrome of Jueyin disease,and the ideas and methods of treating UC from the liver are given:In clinical diagnosis and treatment,practitioners should pay attention to the main syndrome,identifying the pathogenesis nature of UC,paying attention to the unity of prescriptions and syndromes,making good use of traditional Chinese medicine thinking,and flexibly applying classic prescriptions.关键词
