摘要

Abstract

Based on the notion of"all diseases resulting from qi disorder"and its related theory,this paper elaborates on the roles of qi stagnation and qi deficiency in the evolution of cancerous fever,and also further explores its diagnosis and treatment ideas.In the early stage of cancerous heat,methods for dispersing stagnated qi and promoting qi are used to relieve stagnation and clear heat,while in its middle and late stages,methods for invigorating the spleen-stomach and replenishing qi are used to remove its deficient heat.The key pathogenesis of excessive cancerous fever consists in qi stagnation,which should be treated by dispersing stagnated liver qi and regulating the lung as well,underscoring the role of the liver-lung axis in the treatment of qi dysfunction.The core pathogenesis of deficient cancerous fever lies in qi deficiency,whose treatment method mainly involves invigorating the middle energizer.For cancerous fever characteristic of deficiency in root and excess in manifestations,treatment strategy should focus on invigorating and benefiting the middle energizer to promote the qi movement along the liver-lung axis.Cancerous fever,with the syndromes of reversed qi flow and intermingled cold and heat caused by the deficient middle burner,should be inflexibly dealt with according to specific syndromes based on differentiating carefully the changes in the body's deficiency,excess,cold and heat.
