基于通和思想探讨《温疫论》承气汤类方
Application of Chengqi Decoction in the work On Plague Diseases based on the Tonghe thought
摘要
Abstract
Based on illustrating the theoretical connotations of Tonghe thought,this article explores Wu Youke's application and development of the thought by means of analyzing his application of Chengqi Decoction in his work On Plague Diseases.Wu Youke mainly puts into practice and expands the Tonghe thought through the following four aspects:delving into the mechanisms of Tonghe thought by trying out herbs according to varying syndromes,expelling pathogenic factors to activate stomach qi,applying cold-natured herbs with caution to harmonize stomach qi,and applying reinforcement and elimination methods in combination to pursue both unblocked and harmonious flow of stomach qi.Wu Youke flexibly utilizes Chengqi Decoction,learning from Zhang Zhongjing without being bound by the original use of the prescription,expanding its application from the scope of cold pathogenic diseases to that of warm epidemics,providing an idea for cross disciplinary research on modern formulas.关键词
