土家药水黄连的研究现状及临床应用
Research Status and Clinical Application of the Tujia Medicinal Swertia davidii
摘要
Abstract
To further explore the medicinal potential of Tujia medicine,this paper comprehensively re-views the research progress of Swertia davidii in six aspects,including crude drug identification,chemi-cal composition,content determination,extraction technology,pharmacological action,and clinical appli-cation,by referring to Chinese herbal medicine classics and related literature.The results indicate that Swertia davidii is abundant in various chemical components,including xanthones,iridoids,triterpenoids,and flavonoids,and exhibits diverse pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antitumor,antiviral,and antioxidant properties.In clinical practice,Swertia davidii is extensively used in the treatment of pulmonary fever,pneumonia,jaundice,cholecystitis,acute and chronic enteritis,gyneco-logical inflammation,dysentery,diarrhea,urinary tract infections,scabies,oral ulcers,and other diseases,demonstrating significant medicinal value.关键词
