Abstract
The early hydration performance of concrete,especially the setting time,is an important index of its engineering application,which determines the basic performance and application scope of concrete.Therefore,accurate and real-time measure-ment of the setting time of concrete is helpful to further control the concrete quality and is of great significance to the quality control of civil engineering construction.Based on the method of concrete setting electrical parameters early hydration time curve,a con-crete setting simulation system is designed to monitor the early hydration reaction of concrete on-line.The experimental results show that the system can collect the data of concrete setting process,simulate and analyze the key data points of concrete setting such as initial setting time and final setting time of concrete,and monitor the correctness,authenticity and continuity of the data of concrete setting time.Relying on the system,it can analyze and judge the abnormal data and judge whether the concrete material itself or ma-terial ratio meets the expectation,the purpose of data analysis and visual monitoring is achieved.关键词
