Reflections and Strategies for Advancing High-Quality Transportation Development through Standardization in New Situation

Abstract
To explore how standardization can effectively support and lead the high-quality development of transportation,thus providing a standardization theoretical basis and guidance for accelerating the con-struction of a country with strong transportation network,based on the investigation of standardization data in the fields of comprehensive transportation,highways,railways,waterways,civil aviation,and postal services,as well as literature research,this paper used comparative analysis,inductive summari-zation,and the concept-model method to systematically analyze the current situation and problems of transportation standardization development,explore the logical relationship and mechanism of action between the high-quality development of transportation and transportation standardization.By bench-marking against the new domestic and international situations and requirements of standardization,it put forward the key development directions and policy recommendations for transportation standard-ization.The research shows that although certain achievements have been made in current transporta-tion standardization,there are still problems such as insufficiently timely updates of standards,insuffi-cient standard supply in some key areas,and the need to improve the internationalization level of stan-dards.It is recommended to focus on key directions such as the mutually-promoting development of standardization and scientific and technological innovation,regional standardization development,pre-cise and efficient standard supply,improvement of internationalization level standards,strengthening of standard implementation,and digital development of standards,so as to give full play to the role of standardization in supporting and leading the high-quality development of transportation.At the same time,strategies such as deepening the collaborative mechanism of standardization work,improving the policy and institutional system of standardization,strengthening standard management innovation,enhancing the standardization awareness of the industry,and strengthening the cultivation of standard-ization talents are put forward,providing theoretical support and decision-making reference for the development of transportation standardization and standardization management work under the new situation.关键词
