Abstract
With the development of laboratory medicine and the influence of the saturation of the traditional job market,the traditional education and teaching mode in colleges and universities has undergone tremendous changes.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to break through the inherent training mode of laboratory talents and cultivate applied laboratory medical technical talents.Under the new situation,the author has carried out reforms and innovations in many aspects,such as the curriculum system and teaching model,of the Laboratory Technologies in Clinical Immunology course for the students majoring in medical laboratory technology in the department of laboratory medicine of Nanjing Medical University,in view of the educational characteristics of the students majoring in medical laboratory technology and in combination with the talent training goals of the major of medical laboratory technology promulgated by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.In the teaching process,by integrating humanistic education and exploration and innovation organically into the ideological and political courses of medicine,constructing the"Medicine+X"talent training model,carrying out the"online+offline"blended teaching mode based on the diversified teaching environment,and running through the scientific research thinking and innovation ability throughout the entire stage of talent training,the teaching quality has been effectively improved,and a solid foundation has been laid for the professional goal of cultivating applied medical laboratory professionals with certain scientific research potential.关键词
