基于临床文献研读会提升住培医师疑难病例病理诊断能力的带教实践
Teaching Practice Based on Clinical Literature Review Seminar to Enhance Residents'Pathological Diagnosis Abilities in Difficult Cases

Abstract
Standardized training for residents in clinical pathology department is to cultivate qualified practicing pathologists who can independently engage in clinical pathology work.It is of great significance for cultivating high-level medical talents and improving medical quality,and provides a feasible path to solve the shortage of pathologists in China.The clinical pathology department base of Chongqing General Hospital has explored and practiced the training mode of standardized training for residents,which has played a certain role in cultivating the post competence of resident physicians.It also has summarized the previous training and found that there was a need for improvement in cultivating the ability of senior resident physicians to solve pathological diagnosis in difficult cases.The article uses clinical literature review seminar to solve a case that requires differentiation between trichoblastoma and basal cell carcinoma.Through the gradual analysis of the clinical literature review seminar,a method for diagnosis of the case is found,and ultimately a pathological diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma is obtained.The article summaries the practical experience of teaching activities in the clinical literature review seminar,which aims to cultivate the ability of resident physicians to solve pathological diagnosis in difficult cases through the study of clinical literature.This will help enhance the core competency of resident physicians in independently issuing pathological diagnosis reports.关键词
