Statistical Analysis of Rated Flow of Electromagnetic Gas Emergency Shut-off Valve
摘要
Abstract
The rated flows of 332 solenoid valve samples with 4 nominal sizes were measured,and the revised boxplots of 4 groups of samples were drawn.The rated flow test values of 4 groups of samples show significant differences,with outliers present.The rated flow test values with outliers removed are used as nor-mality test data,and it is calculated that samples 1 and 2 follow a normal distribution,while samples 3 and 4 do not follow a normal distribution.The average values and the right end point of the confidence interval of the rated flows of 4 groups of samples are both lower than the rated flows specified in Electromagnetic Emergency Shut-off Valve for Gas(CJ/T 394-2018),indicating that the rated flow of the existing solenoid valve does not meet the requirements of the standard.Considering the current manufacturing level,the recommended rated flow for electromagnetic gas emergency shut-off valves is provided.关键词
