镍铝青铜合金的硅基抗腐蚀涂层制备方法与表面理化性质研究

Abstract
In view of the unclear coating preparation method and performance of the sol-gel method on the surface of the hydraulic column cylinder,this study investigates the preparation method and performance of silicon-based anti-corrosion coatings on the surface of nickel-aluminum bronze alloy using the sol-gel method.First,based on molecular dynamics simulations,the effects of temperature and pressure at the nanoscale on the coordination reaction between silica sol thiol groups and copper alloy,as well as the condensation reaction of silica sol,were explored.This provides reference conditions for the preparation of silicon-based coatings on nickel-aluminium bronze alloy surfaces.A silicon-based anti-corrosion coating was prepared,and the coating's thickness,scratch resistance,and corrosion resistance were quantitatively analyzed.The effects of the number of coatings and the mass fraction of the silica sol prepolymer on coating properties were studied.The results show that under normal pressure,when the temperature is close to 90℃,the interface bonding ratio is the highest;increasing the reaction temperature and pressure is beneficial for internal cross-linking of the coating.A dense silicon-based anti-corrosion coating can be obtained with a single application.As the mass fraction of ethyl orthosilicate increases from 24.08%to 27.25%,the coating thickness slightly increases and hardness improves;however,when the mass fraction exceeds 27.25%,the coating thickness stabilizes and hardness decreases.The optimized preparation conditions are normal pressure,100℃,with a feeding ratio of TEOS/MPMS/formic acid solution(0.01 mol/L)/ethanol at 12.4∶19.5∶13.5∶117.8(mass ratio).The electrochemical impedance value of the silicon-based anti-corrosion coating is significantly higher than that of the unmodified molten copper sample,indicating superior anti-corrosion performance,thus providing an effective method for preparing corrosion-resistant coatings on hydraulic column cylinder surfaces.关键词
