摘要

Abstract

When fresh potatoes are harvested mechanically,they are prone to skin damage or internal damage,which directly affects the commodity value of potatoes and the income of growers.Therefore,it is particularly important to conduct research on the mechanism of potato damage,analyze the causes of potato damage,and break through the research on low loss harvesting technology.The current research status of mechanized harvesting equipment and technology for potatoes at home and abroad was elaborated,the causes of mechanical damage to fresh potatoes was summarized,and the research status of low damage harvesting technology for potatoes was analyzed.In order to promote the development of potato mechanization technology and equipment in China,reduce the damage rate of potatoes,and improve the quality of potato harvesting by machines,and in response to the existing problems in the research of low damage harvesting technology for potatoes,it was proposed that in the future,the focus should be on conducting anti-collision variety screening,improving damage mechanism research methods,breaking through loss reduction mining and regulation technology,low damage potato soil separation and impurity removal and cleaning technology,and efficient and low damage joint harvesting intelligent control technology.
