Abstract

In view of the complex terrain and small plots in hills and mountainous areas,which are not conducive to the operation of large and medium-sized transplanters,a small and micro multifunctional transplanter for hills and mountainous areas was developed.The whole machine consists of five parts:walking mechanism,seedling supply mechanism,transplanting mechanism,vehicle pitch and roll adjustment mechanism and control system.It had the characteristics of small size,light weight,on-site turning and posture adjustment,and could meet the needs of mechanized transplanting and planting in hills and mountainous areas.The study used tobacco seedlings as the transplanting object and conducted relevant experiments in a certain place in Yunnan.The results showed that when the transplanting operation speed was 1.5~1.8 km/h,the missing planting rate was 2.29%,the lodging rate was 1.67%,the seedling injury rate was 0.83%,and the transplanting qualified rate was 95.21%.All experimental indicators could meet the agronomic standards for tobacco seedling transplanting and the design requirements of transplanters.The application of this machine not only effectively improves labor production efficiency,reduces the use of a large number of laborers,and reduces labor costs,but also provides a way of thinking and an effective method for mechanized transplanting in hills and mountainous areas.
