摘要

Abstract

A complete set of software and hardware in the loop simulation testing platform was built based on the intelligent agricultural machinery testing environment and testing requirements,including agricultural simulation assets and scenarios,simulation testing,simulation management,and automation testing.The feasibility and accuracy of this method were verified through actual simulation testing.Through data analysis,it was known that the time delay of the horizontal and vertical control signals was less than 0.01 s.The vertical control accuracy under low,medium,and high-speed conditions was less than 1%of the target speed,and the horizontal control accuracy was less than 1%of the full range.The results indicated that the platform met the requirements for automated in the loop simulation testing of the functions and algorithm modules of agricultural machinery navigation systems,avoiding the constraints of real vehicle testing environments and conditions.This is beneficial for improving product development and validation efficiency,shortening development cycles,and reducing production costs.
