Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity,and certain safety risks in manual unloading of tobacco packaging frames in tobacco redrying enterprises,a raw tobacco packaging unloading and framing machine has been designed by installing folding lifting arms,grippers,and conveyor belts on mature hydraulic forklifts in the market,specifically for the unloading and framing of raw tobacco packaging in redrying enterprises.The results showd that this equipment could improve the mechanization level of cigarette pack unloading and framing operations,reduce labor intensity,lower operational safety risks,and reduce the number of workers from 7～10 per shift to 1 per shift,with significant comprehensive benefits.This study can provide useful reference and guidance for improving the mechanization production level of rebaking enterprises and agricultural machinery researchers.关键词
