基于CFD仿真的燃料电池热管理优化
Optimization of fuel cell thermal management based on CFD simulation
摘要
Abstract
Fuel cells generate a large amount of electrochemical heat during operation,and good thermal management is require to maintain the temperature of the fuel cell within a reasonable range.Firstly,based on Fluent software,research was conducted on the flow rate of fuel cell coolant and the cross-sectional shape of cooling channels to explore their effects on the temperature and output performance of fuel cells.Research has found that the coolant flow rate has a significant impact on the temperature and output performance of fuel cells.The higher the flow rate,the lower the fuel cell temperature,the more uniform the temperature distribution,and the higher the output performance.However,the selection of flow rate should comprehensively consider the balance between thermal management requirements,system noise,stability,and parasitic power.The elongated cross-section of the coolant channel results in the worst performance of the fuel cell,while the rounded rectangular cross-section of the coolant channel brings the highest cooling and output performance.关键词
