Abstract

TB10015-2012 Code for Design of Railway Continuous Welded Rail stipulates that the laying position and length of small resistance fasteners shall be determined by calculation.The setting principles of small resistance fasteners on long-span bridges calculated and determined by various design units are not uniform,and the laying range is quite different.By taking the ballastless track line within the Yangtze River Delta as the research object and considering the most unfavorable temperature conditions and the most unfavorable line conditions for train operation in the region,the calculation model of CWR on the continuous bridge with different temperature spans is established based on the beam-rail interaction theory,the stress characteristics of CWR under four small resistance fastening schemes are studied,and the laying principle of small resistance fasteners is proposed.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:bridges with temperature span from 120 to 200 m in the scope of Yangtze River Delta should be laid with small resistance fasteners;It is suggested that when 120 m≤temperature span<160 m,the small resistance fasteners should be laid on the side span of continuous bridge and 1-span simply-supported beam;when 160 m≤temperature span<200 m,the small resistance fasteners should be laid on the whole continuous bridge and 2-span simply-supported beams on each side.
