智慧梁场管理系统的设计与应用研究
Design and Implementation Research on Intelligent Beam Field Management System
摘要
Abstract
This paper aims to realize the intelligent management of precast concrete beam plate production process by developing an intelligent beam field management system integrating beam plate traceability and production process management and control.The system adopts a three-layer architecture design,uses RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)technology,cloud database,Internet of Things,API(Application Programming Interface)interface and other technologies to achieve multi-terminal access and real-time processing,and fully monitors the production process.Intelligent management method not only improves material utilization and production safety,but also optimizes resource allocation and improves production efficiency and product quality.The system effectively promotes the industrialization and automation of beam plate production,and provides a strong practical case for the technological progress and management innovation of beam plate production.关键词
