无公害农产品质量安全水平的验证研究
Verification research of the quality and safety level of pollution-free agricultural products

Abstract
The high-quality and safety combination standard level of 26 pollution-free agricultural products(22 fish and 4 turtles)in Guangxi fishery industry were tested for drug residues(including chemical pollutant residues)(re-ferred to as drug residues)and heavy metal residues(referred to as heavy residues)using a combination of"green food standards+"standards.Each fish was tested for 30 drug residues and 4 heavy residues,totaling 34 items,and each turtle was tested for 25 drug residues and 5 heavy residues,totaling 30 items.The results showed that:(1)all the drug residues and heavy metal residues tested in the 26 products met the requirements of green food standards and other rele-vant national standards.Among them,a total of 760 items of drug residues were tested for 26 products(408 items were allowed to be detected),and 100%of the drug residues were "not detected".(2)Out of the 26 products tested,108 items of heavy metal residues were tested,with 106 items(98.15%)falling within the optimal 30%high-quality and safety combination standard level.63 items of heavy metal residues(accounting for 58.33%)were "not detected",of which 100%was"not detected"for inorganic arsenic.(3)Based on the results of(1)and(2),all 26 pollution-free agricultural products tested meet the high-quality and safety combination standard level of"Green Food Standard+"in terms of drug residue and heavy metal residue,and this study determines them to be high-quality and safe agricul-tural products.The results indicate that pollution-free agricultural products(promised to meet the standard of qualified agricultural products)contain a large amount of high-quality and safe agricultural products.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for establishing new certification and recognition of high-quality and safe agricultural prod-ucts and clearly marking more high-quality and safe agricultural products to meet consumer demand.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2024,14(5):34-45]关键词
