摘要

Abstract

This study aims to explore the current development status of the prepackaged seafood industry,and provide targeted improvement suggestions for the industry by systematically analyzing the relevant concepts,current develop-ment status,and main problems faced by the industry.This study combines literature review,data analysis,and case study methods to sort out and analyze the historical context,current status,and trends of the ready-to-eat aquatic product industry.Secondly,quantitative analysis of the market size,consumption trends,and competitive landscape of Aquatic Products Prefabricated meal using statistical data and market research results Finally,it delves into the ex-isting issues to provide an empirical basis for constructive suggestions.Through deep analysis of the industry status,this study reveals the specific issues currently constraining the development of the ready-to-eat aquatic product in-dustry and identifies four key solution paths.By proposing targeted improvement suggestions,this study contributes to promoting the ready-to-eat aquatic product industry towards standardization,specialization,and branding.It facili-tates the transformation and upgrading of the food industry,meets consumers'diversified demands for food safety,nu-trition,health,and convenience,and contributes to building a food safety system and driving socio-economic devel-opment.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2024,14(5):53-59]
