摘要
Abstract
Realizing the value of ecological products has a rigorous logic.Based on analysis of relationship between relevant elements,four operational mechanisms are proposed:integration of elements,output driven,leading conversion and feedback circulation.The cases of five different types in provinces along the Yangtze River Economic Belt reflect that the paths to realize the value of ecological products have universal features.However,different choices were made in the respects of organizational mechanism to achieve government-enterprise synergy for cooperative governance,technology innovation and collaboration to reduce pollution and carbon emission,market approaches and trading to enhance resource premiums,balancing interests to achieve complementary advantages and regional integration.Comparing with direct product conversion,market transaction conversion and related industry conversion,the paths for realizing ecological product value have relatively larger scope,wider field,higher level and more detailed process.Based on case studies,four differentiated paths are given:expanding resource allocation to improve efficiency,promoting value creation through innovation and technology application,advocating public welfare to balance interests,and integrating various industries for coordinated development.It is suggested to improve top-level design of policy system,broaden channel and method according to local conditions,and explore and innovate models and technologies for the realization of ecological product value.关键词
