摘要

Abstract

The Ministry of Water Resources has identified the construction of digital twin water conservancy.It calls for the establishment of a digital twin water conservancy system with capabilities for"forecasting,early warning,simulation,and emergency planning"The data base plate is the core and key to the construction of digital twin water conservancy.While significant progress has been made in the construction of digital twin water conservancy,the data base plate still needs to evolve towards being more dynamic,multidimensional,and integrated.This involves building a new generation of spatiotemporal data architecture and technological routes to lay a solid data foundation for digital twin water conservancy and support the new development of the digital twin water conservancy system.Starting from the construction of dynamic spatiotemporal data base plates,discusses the architecture of a unified dynamic spatiotemporal data base plate from four dimensions:time and space,data resources,data engines,and security and standards.It explores the technical routes for water conservancy spatiotemporal data modeling at four levels:water conservancy objects,water conservancy grids,water conservancy themes,and water conservancy events.And proposes a"four-dimensional and four-level"architecture for constructing a water conservancy dynamic spatiotemporal data base plate.
