An Analysis of the Cultural Redesign of Beast-fearing Statues in Gongyi Grottoes
摘要
Abstract
This article aims to deeply explore the development context and artistic characteristics of guardian beast imagery,providing an in-depth analysis of the basic image paradigms and artistic value of guardian beast sculptures in the Gongyi Grottoes.Starting from the elements of these sculptures,it clarifies their symbolic meanings within historical and cultural contexts and integrates modern design thinking for cultural and creative redesign.The article seeks to identify points of convergence between traditional culture and modern design from perspectives of imagery,culture,and market.This approach aims to fully leverage the unique artistic charm and cultural value of traditional grotto sculpture art in contemporary society,effectively promoting the inheritance and development of traditional culture and enhancing a sense of cultural belonging.关键词
