玉米ZmWaxy的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics Analysis of ZmWaxy of Zea mays L.

Abstract
To provide certain data support for molecular breeding of glutinous corn,this study analyzed the signal peptide,conserved domain,transmembrane domain,protein advanced structure,evolutionary tree,and physicochemical properties of corn ZmWaxy protein sequence using modern bioinformatics software.The results showed that the maize ZmWaxy gene has an open reading frame of 3 676 bp and encodes a stable weakly acidic hydrophilic protein composed of 609 amino acids,with a molecular weight of 66.61 kD.The corn ZmWAXY protein is predicted to have 49 phosphorylation modification sites and 12 glycosylation modification sites,carrying out rich protein post-translational modification activities.It had a typical conserved domain of GT5-Glycogen-synthase-DULL-like protein,but did not contain signal peptide structures and transmembrane domains.Its secondary and tertiary structures were mainly characterized by irregular curls,accompanied by a large number of α-Spiral and small amount β Corner.In evolutionary relationships,corn was closest to sorghum,followed by rice and millet,and had the far-thest evolutionary relationship with wheat.关键词
