Research on the Talent Training Path of Vocational Education Enabling Rural Revitalization from the Perspective of Modernization
摘要
Abstract
From the perspective of Chinese path to modernization,by analyzing the background and significance of rural talent revitalization,this paper combs the role and challenges of vocational education for rural revitalization and development,explores the value of vocational edu-cation for rural revitalization and development,further studies the practical path of vocational education enabling rural talent revitalization,and thus proposes some suggestions such as building a modern apprenticeship talent training model in vocational colleges,exploring and innovating the rural teaching classroom model,developing localized and skilled teaching content,building a professional and innovative rural teacher team,and jointly building a rural revitalization practice base.It is of great guiding significance and practical value to promote the enabling role of vocational education in revitalizing rural talents,achieving the strategic goal of rural revitalization,and promoting rural economic and social development.关键词
