产后下背痛的相关因素和盆底表面肌电的评估与分析
The Related Factors of Postpartum Low Back Pain and the Evaluation and Analysis of Pelvic Floor Surface Electromyography

Abstract
Objective:To explore the related factors of postpartum low back pain,and the correlation between the evaluation of post-partum pelvic floor function and the occurrence of postpartum low back pain.Methods:A total of 278 pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 and underwent postpartum reexamination were selected.The examination data,peripheral blood biochemical indexes and postpartum pelvic floor electromyography were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were 158 cases in the non-low back pain group and 120 cases in the low back pain group.The neonatal weight of the low back pain group was higher than that of the non-low back pain group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The results of the pelvic floor surface electromyography analysis after postpartum review showed that the average value of post-rest stage and the average value of post-rest stage(abdominal muscle)in the low back pain group were lower than those in the non-low back pain group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic re-gression analysis showed that neonatal weight was positively correlated with the risk of postpartum low back pain,and then the aver-age value of post-rest stage was negatively correlated with the risk of postpartum low back pain.Conclusion:The neonatal weight in the low back pain group was higher than that in the non-low back pain group.The low back pain group had a lower degree of ab-dominal muscle participation in the pelvic floor surface electromyography detection process,and the ability of muscle relaxation af-ter contraction was better.The neonatal weight and the average value of the post-rest stage have a certain correlation with postpar-tum low back pain,which needs further study.关键词
