麻醉下手法松解术联合综合康复治疗对冻结肩患者疼痛及肩关节活动度的影响
Effect of Manipulation under Anesthesia Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Pain and Shoulder Mobility in Patients with Frozen Shoulder

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of manipulation under anesthesia combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on pain and shoulder mobility in patients with frozen shoulder.Methods:A total of 96 patients with frozen shoulder admitted to the hospi-tal from April 2019 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=48)and control group(n=48),the control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,and the experimental group was given manipulation under anesthesia combined with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.The levels of serum pain factors(PGE2,bradykinin,5-HT),shoulder joint func-tion score,Constant-Murley score,and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups before treatment and 2,4,and 12 weeks after treatment.Results:After 2 week,4 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of PGE2,bradykinin,5-HT and VAS scores in the two groups decreased,while the scores of internal rotation,external rotation,back touching of the affected hand,ear touching of the affected hand and Constant-Murley scores increased(P<0.05).After 2,4 and 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of PGE2,bradykinin and 5-HT and VAS score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the shoulder function score and Constant-Murley score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Manipulation under anesthesia combined with comprehensive rehabilitation is effective in the treatment of frozen shoulder,which can effectively reduce the expres-sion of pain factors,significantly improve the degree of shoulder pain and joint mobility of patients with frozen shoulder,and improve the short-term and medium-term treatment effect.关键词
