摘要
Abstract
Professor Xu Xuemeng has further proposed the theory of"simultaneous treatment of muscles,bones,and mind"based on the theory of"simultaneous treatment of muscles and bones".This approach emphasizes not only treating osteoarthrosis but also paying attention to and treating patients'psychological states,aiming to achieve comprehensive coordination of physical and mental health,ultimately reaching a state of"complete comfort".Both Chinese and Western medical research has shown that orthopedic dis-eases are closely related to psychological factors.Through the combined treatment of muscles,bones,and mind,better therapeutic ef-fects can be achieved,improving patients'quality of life.In practical applications,Professor Xu Xuemeng pays attention to patients'psychological and mental states,identifies depressive and anxious states,corrects incorrect perceptions and cognitive biases about the disease,and provides additional care.Additionally,he has created related songs and exercises to further improve patients'psycho-logical states.关键词
