针刀结合蝶腭神经节刺激术治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察
Needle Knife Combined with Sphenopalatine Ganglion Stimulation in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis:A Clinical Observation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of needle knife combined with sphenopalatine ganglion stimulation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:From September 2023 to February 2024,60 patients with allergic rhinitis who visited the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).The control group was treated with budesonide nasal spray,while treatment group was treated with needle knife combined with sphenopalatine ganglion stimulation.Nasal symptom score and rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)were compared before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed.Re-sults:After treatment,the symptom scores of nasal congestion,runny nose,itchy nose and sneezing in both groups were decreased(P<0.01),and the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.01).In terms of life quality,the RQLQ scores in both groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).During the treatment process,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05),but the incidence of adverse reactions was relatively higher in the control group,and nasal discomfort symptoms were more common.Conclusion:Needle knife combined with sphenopalatine ganglion stimulation can improve nasal symptoms and enhance patients'quality of life related to rhinoconjunctivitis with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
