基于CiteSpace对铁死亡与缺血再灌注损伤研究热点的可视化分析
Visualization Analysis of Research Hotspots in Ferroptosis and Ischemia-reperfusion Injury Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To use bibliometrics for a visual analysis of literature related to"the mechanism of ferroptosis and ischemia-reperfusion injury",summarizing the progress and trends in research on ferroptosis and ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods:A total of 627 documents related to ferroptosis in ischemia-reperfusion injury from 2014 to 2023 were retrieved from the SCI-Expanded of the Web of Science Core Collection.CiteSpace(6.2.R6 Advanced)was used for visual analysis of collaboration networks and co-citation networks in the research of ferroptosis in ischemia-reperfusion injury.Results:Since 2014,the number of publications on fer-roptosis related to ischemia-reperfusion injury has been on an upward trend,with a rapid increase in 2021.China has the highest number of publications.Central South University and"Oxidative Medicine and Cellular Longevity"are the leading institution and journal,respectively,in terms of publication volume.The top three authors in terms of the number of publications are Linkermann Andreas,Conrad Marcus,and Zhang Jing in order.The co-cited literature indicates that apoptosis is the hottest topic with the highest relevance.The hot keywords are ferroptosis,lipid peroxidation,ischemic reperfusion injury,etc.Necroptosis is the strongest burst keyword.Research in this field is mainly focused on basic research,and apoptosis remains the most frequently occurring topic in re-search related to ferroptosis and ischemia-reperfusion injury.Research on the targeted treatment of ferroptosis for reperfusion inju-ries of the heart and kidneys shows an increasing trend,and the application of ferroptosis inhibitors is also gradually becoming a re-search hotspot.Conclusion:Research on ferroptosis and ischemia-reperfusion injury is growing rapidly,with the main focus on apop-tosis and ferroptosis inhibitors.Visual analysis of the research on ferroptosis and ischemia-reperfusion injury will provide new in-sights for scholars in this field.关键词
