城市群规划政策能否提升经济韧性?
Can the Planning Policy of Urban Agglomeration Promote Economic Resilience?Evidence from 214 Cities in China
摘要
Abstract
Based on the relevant economic data of 214 cities in China from 2005 to 2021,by using a time-varying DID model the impact of the planning policy of urban agglomeration on economic resilience is explored.The results show that the planning policy of urban agglomeration significantly enhances economic resilience,mainly through three mechanisms:the industrial agglomeration effect,the economic radiation effect and the government strategic leadership effect.From the heterogeneity analysis it is indicated that the planning policy of urban agglomeration is of a greater promoting effect on the eastern,southern and coastal regions.The results have certain enlightening significance for the development of urban agglomeration,enhancing economic resilience and achieving high-quality economic development.关键词
