Exploring the Mechanism and Adaptability of Cultural Catalyst for Urban Regeneration
摘要
Abstract
Urban regeneration based on cultural catalyst is an important embodiment of conforming to the new stage of urban development and new demands and the enhancement of urban connotation,and it is also a hot spot that most cities expect to devote themselves to at present.Combined with the analysis of typical cases at home and abroad,the article summarizes the three core carriers of"things,people and events"in cultural catalysts and their respective"flagship"facility-oriented,"cluster"industry-oriented and"event-oriented"urban regeneration projects,and the three phases of"carrier activation,catalyst diffusion and dynamic continuity"in the path of catalyst action are explored.The four elements are discussed,including"site resources and basic conditions,urban capacity and financial base,urban demand and functional positioning,think tank support and operation mechanism",with a view to providing reference and reference for the rational use of cultural catalyst strategy in the current urban regeneration in China.关键词
