卫气虚证的血清代谢组学特征初探
Preliminary investigation of serum metabolomics characteristics of the wei qi deficiency pattern

Abstract
Objective To investigate the differences in serum metabolites between patients of the wei qi deficiency pattern and healthy individuals.Methods 172 patients with deficiency of wei qi and 43 healthy subjects were included in the trial.Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)was adopted to detect serum metabolic profiles,principal component analysis and partial least squares discriminant analysis was mostly adopted for multivariate statistical analysis,replacement test of PLS-DA model was carried out to ensure its stability,and the different metabolites were matched in KEGG database to analyze the situation of metabolic enrichment and pathway.Results Three different metabolites were screened,which are M1:Cer(t18∶0/PGF1alpha),M2:20-hdohe,and M3:Alpha-CEHC glucuronide,in which M1 was up-regulated and M2 and M3 down-regulated.The metabolic pathways with relatively high metabolic enrichment,desirable significance and potential connection with wei qi deficiency are the glycine,serine and threonine metabolism pathways.Conclusion There were significant differences between patients with deficiency of wei qi and healthy subjects in serum metabolites,which provided possibilities for accurate and objective TCM treatment.关键词
