外用冰黄肤乐软膏治疗丘疹性荨麻疹的疗效观察
Observation on the efficacy of Binghuangfule Ointment for external use in the treatment of papular urticaria

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Binghuangfule Ointment in the treatment of papular urticaria.Methods Randomized controlled clinical study was conducted.From March 2022 to October 2023,60 patients with papular urticaria were recruited from Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 subjects in each.The treatment group was given Binghuangfule Ointment,and the control group Wuji Ointment,twice a day,for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,skin lesion score,itching score,itching frequency,and adverse events were recorded.Nonparametric rank sum test and Chi-square test were used to compare the efficacy and safety of the 2 groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the effective rate was 90.00%(27/30)in the treatment group and 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the skin lesion score,pruritus score and itching times of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the skin lesion score,pruritus score and itching times of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No drug-related adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Binghuangfule Ointment for external use is safe and effective in the treatment of papular urticaria.关键词
