"醒巢九针"在卵巢储备功能下降治疗中的应用探讨
Analysis on the application of Overy-Awakening Nine-Needling Acupuncture in treating diminished ovarian reserve

Abstract
Diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)refers to a gynecologic disorder in which the number and/or quality of oocytes in the ovaries decreases,resulting in ovarian insufficiency,which is mainly manifested as decreased fertility,menstrual disorder,symptoms related to sex hormone deficiency or fluctuation.The uterus plays the functions of menstruation and conception,which are realized by the kidney as the dominant force,tiangui as the driving force,and chong&ren channels as the pivotal point of regulation.The key to the development of DOR lies in the abnormal regulatory function of the pivot of Chongren channels,which is also an important cause for multiple gynecological diseases.Therefore,treatment should emphasize the regulation of chong and ren.Overy-Awakening Nine-Needling Acupuncture,an original prescription of our team,can dredge the chong&ren channels,and nourish the uterus,which can promote the recovery of ovarian function.In this paper,the clinical application of Overy-Awakening Nine-Needling Acupuncture in treating DOR is explained with care reports.关键词
