纯电动汽车动力传动系统多间隙对瞬态振动特性的影响
Study of the influence of multi-clearance on transient vibration characteristics of EVs'power transmission systems
摘要
Abstract
The output torque of the drive motor of electric vehicle(EVs)changes rapidly,and multiple gaps are distributed in the power transmission system,such as the differential half shaft gear gap,the input shaft spline gap,the half shaft gear spline gap,etc.,which cause EVs to produce vibration noise under the tip-in/out condition and thus seriously affect their ride comfort.To explore the response law of multi-gap parameters of EVs'power transmission system to the dynamic response of the system,we first build a power transmission system model suitable for transient conditions and verify its accuracy by bench test.Then,through the DOE test design,the sensitivity analysis of the parameters such as the differential half shaft gear clearance,the input shaft spline clearance,and the half shaft gear spline clearance is conducted to determine the key influencing parameters.Finally,multi-parameter optimization analysis is made to obtain the optimal parameter combination,which markedly reduces the vibration under tip-in/out conditions.关键词
