纯电动汽车动力传动系统多间隙对瞬态振动特性的影响OA北大核心

Study of the influence of multi-clearance on transient vibration characteristics of EVs'power transmission systems

纯电动汽车驱动电机,输出扭矩变化快,且动力传动系统中分布多个间隙,如差速器半轴齿轮间隙、输入轴花键间隙、半轴齿轮花键间隙等,使纯电动汽车在Tip-in/out工况下产生明显的振动噪声,严重影响整车舒适性.为探究纯电动汽车动力传动系统中多间隙参数对系统动力学响应的规律,建立了适用于瞬态工况的动力传动系统模型,通过台架试验验证了其准确性.通过DOE试验设计对差速器半轴齿轮间隙、输入轴花键间隙、半轴齿轮花键间隙等参数进行了灵敏度分析,确定了关键影响参数.通过多参数优化分析,获得了最优参数组合,显著降低 Tip-in/out工况下的振动.

The output torque of the drive motor of electric vehicle(EVs)changes rapidly,and multiple gaps are distributed in the power transmission system,such as the differential half shaft gear gap,the input shaft spline gap,the half shaft gear spline gap,etc.,which cause EVs to produce vibration noise under the tip-in/out condition and thus seriously affect their ride comfort.To explore the response law of multi-gap parameters of EVs'power transmission system to the dynamic response of the system,we first build a power transmission system model suitable for transient conditions and verify its accuracy by bench test.Then,through the DOE test design,the sensitivity analysis of the parameters such as the differential half shaft gear clearance,the input shaft spline clearance,and the half shaft gear spline clearance is conducted to determine the key influencing parameters.Finally,multi-parameter optimization analysis is made to obtain the optimal parameter combination,which markedly reduces the vibration under tip-in/out conditions.
