长隧道动态控速与车速离散度优化
Optimization of dynamic speed control and vehicle speed dispersion in long tunnels

Abstract
Controlling the overspeed and speed deviation of vehicles in long tunnels improves the safety of traffic operation.Based on the positive correlation between the velocity dispersion and the accident rate,we build a dynamic speed control model of tunnel edge rate LED lamp with the minimum velocity dispersion as the first-order objective function and the minimum average velocity as the second-order objective function.Taking a tunnel in Chongqing as the research object,based on the speed at the beginning and end sections of the dynamic speed control interval and the calibrated dynamic speed control model,we make a numerical analysis to obtain the speed dispersion and average speed of the sections before and after the optimization of each speed interval.Among them,the average speed in the three speed intervals[70,80),[80,90)and[90,100]is down by 10.5%,8.3%and 6.8%.Meanwhile,the standard deviation of speed is cut by 16.7%,12.8%and 9.4%respectively.The overall average speed and standard deviation of speed decreases by 8.7%and 9.2%.Our results show the dynamic speed control model based on edge rate is able to reduce the overall speed and speed dispersion.关键词
