车用高功率密度电机扩速拓矩研究
Research on speed and torque extension of high-power density motors for vehicles
摘要
Abstract
Compared with the traditional salient pole motor,the D-axis inductance of the inverted salient pole motor is greater than the Q-axis inductance.As a result,the inverted salient permanent magnet synchronous motor features wide speed regulation range,strong overload capacity,and uneasily demagnetized magnet.Based on the performance requirements of the expansion speed and torque of the vehicle motor,we design an optimized reverse salient pole permanent magnet synchronous motor with permanent magnet segmentation structure.First,the structure and design principles of the inverted salient pole motor are introduced in detail.Then,to broaden the constant power speed range and improve the electromagnetic topping torque,the salient pole rate is employed as the constraint and the multi-objective optimization of the motor is made by the particle swarm optimization(PSO).Finally,the performance of the motor before and after optimization is compared and analyzed.The effectiveness of the anti-salient pole motor for increasing the speed range,optimizing the lifting torque and expanding the speed range of the motor is verified.关键词
