航空液压管路连接式单向阀不同结构形式泄露机理研究
Research on leakage mechanism of different structural forms of aviation hydraulic pipeline connected check valve

Abstract
In the aircraft hydraulic system,the check valve is an indispensable hydraulic component crucial for ensuring circuit stability and reliable performance.The spool,as the central element of the check valve,is pivotal in determining the valve's performance and reliability.One of its critical impacts is leakage,which significantly undermines the operational efficiency and flow characteristics of the check valve.We explore various contact configurations and cone hole angles concerning the spool and the body of spring-loaded check valves.To thoroughly analyze these factors,a three-dimensional model of the valve body is built along with a mathematical model focusing on leakage.Through simulations and comparisons based on the mathematical model,the optimal structural design for minimizing leakage is made.The results of these simulations are corroborated through fluid-solid coupling techniques.This comprehensive approach helps to determine the optimal spool cone angle and the most suitable spool end face contact form,thereby ensuring enhanced performance and reliability of the check valve in applications.关键词
