Scheduling of integrated energy systems considering offshore wind hydrogen production and carbon-green certificates trading

Abstract
Hydrogen production from offshore wind power is an important way to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality and an effective measure to improve the utilisation of wind power.To this end,a stochastic optimal scheduling strategy for an integrated energy system that takes into account hydrogen production from offshore wind power and carbon-green certificate joint trading is proposed.Firstly,the offshore wind power hydrogen production technology and the operation mechanism of the hydrogen transmission and storage system are investigated,the offshore wind power hydrogen production optimisation model is constructed,and a multi-link hydrogen energy utilisation model containing hydrogen to cogeneration,hydrogen to methane,and gas to hydrogen mixing is established for the multi-faceted utilisation of hydrogen energy.Secondly,the mutual recognition mechanism of carbon trading mechanism and green certificate trading mechanism is studied to bring into play the carbon emission reduction characteristics behind the green certificate.Finally,the stochastic optimal scheduling model of integrated energy system is constructed for the strong uncertainty of offshore wind power,considering the economy and low carbon,with the optimisation goal of minimising the system operation cost.Our results show our model effectively promotes the offshore wind power consumption and energy utilisation,and achieves low-carbon and economic operation of the system.关键词
