The construction of China's pilot free trade zones:New situation,new tasks and new initiatives
摘要
Abstract
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee,as an important milestone for China in the new era,profoundly grasped the intersection of the trend of globalization and the transformation and upgrading of the domestic economy,and explicitly put forward the strategic plan of"further deepening the reform in a comprehensive manner and advancing the Chinese-style modernization".Pilot free trade zones,as the vanguard of China's reform and opening up and the pioneer of innovation and exploration,have assumed the historical responsibility of exploring and accumulating new paths,new pattern and new experience,for comprehensively deepening reform and expanding opening up.By systematically sorting out the new international and domestic situation faced by China's Pilot Free Trade Zone,this paper points out the new opportunities and new challenges in the new period,and based on the basic situation of the Pilot Free Trade Zone since its establishment more than a decade ago,this paper proposes that,in order to ensure a steady and far-reaching development of China's Pilot Free Trade Zone,it is necessary to implement the"six more"new tasks,to better serve the construction of a high level of the market economic system,better promote the construction of a new system of an open economy,better promote the construction of a modernized industrial system,better promote regional coordination,better promote the construction of a modernized industrial system,and better promote regional coordination and cooperation.Focusing on the"five"new initiatives,focusing on promoting the expansion and upgrading of the Pilot Free Trade Zone,enhancing the impetus of opening up and innovation in the Pilot Free Trade Zone,innovating the management system and process of the Pilot Free Trade Zone,upgrading the high quality of the Pilot Free Trade Zone's talent team,and creating a first-class business environment in the Pilot Free Trade Zone,we will provide services for the efforts to build a higher level of market economy system,better promote the construction of a modern industrial system,better promote regional coordination,better play the role of platform radiation and drive,and better coordinate and secure,construction and other aspects,to make suggestions and build consensus for the efforts to build a higher level of Pilot Free Trade Zone.关键词
