Abstract
New quality productivity is an important driving force for the high-quality development of China's economy.Improving TFP is the key to developing new quality productivity.The establishment of State-owned Capital Investment Companies(SCICs)plays an important role in the new round of State-owned Enterprise(SOE)reform which focus on shifting to"managing capital",which is an optimization of the regulatory model and a deepening of the reform.It plays an important role in promoting the formation of new technologies and models,and it has become an important driving force for SOEs to cultivate new quality productivity.On the one hand,State-owned Capital Investment Companies guide enterprises to emphasize technology research and development that can bring long-term growth;on the other hand,they encourage model innovation through the reform of the authorization and operation system,and explore an efficient development model in industrial agglomeration.At the current stage of industry chain reconstruction,the focus of SOE reform is to accelerate the reform of State-owned Capital Investment Companies.The leading role of State-owned Capital Investment Companies in model innovation should be fully emphasized.It is expected to accelerate the key technology research and development of,State-owned Capital Investment Companies and further release their market vitality and make them important forces to cultivate new quality productivity.关键词
