城市小区居民组织公民行为的维度构建与测量研究
Construction and Measurement of Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Citizens in Urban Communities

Abstract
Grounded theory is used to analyze semi-structured interview data from 31 citizens in communities of Wuhu.Five dimensions for constructing organizational citizenship behavior are presented,including helping others,maintaining neighborhood harmony,optimizing hygiene and environment,participating in governance and development of community,and promotion and recommendation.Then,it develops a scale including the five dimensions above and 22 items for measuring organizational citizenship behavior of citizens in urban communities.Furthermore,the methods of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are employed to analyze 496 valid citizens'responses for the scale.The results indicate sound reliability and validity of the developed scale.Meanwhile,an analysis on survey data demonstrates that citizens'organizational citizenship behavior is different according to gender,vocation,and education.The findings on the one hand enriches organizational citizenship behavior theory and its application in governance of urban communities,and on the other hand provides a tool for measuring,evaluating and enhancing organizational citizenship behavior of citizens in urban communities.关键词
