基于需求理论的古城公共空间评价与优化研究
Study on the Evaluation and Optimization of Public Space in the Ancient City Based on Demand Theory:A Case of Huiyuan Ancient City

Abstract
The public space of the ancient city is an important place for residents'daily life.The key to revive the vitality of ancient city is to construct public space guided by residents'demands.From the perspective of residents'demand,taking the public space in Huiyuan Ancient City as an example,this paper uses Kano model and ERG demand theory to construct the public space demand evaluation model for the ancient city.Based on the analysis on the demand intensity and demand level in 4 dimensions of traffic service,site environment,site culture and the supporting service facilities,the paper quantitatively analyzes the relationship between residents'demand and spatial satisfaction,and on this basis,puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies,providing a reference for improving the quality of the public spaces in the ancient city.关键词
