基于情感化理论的地铁站空间适老化设计
The Elderly-Friendly Design of Subway Station Space Based on Emotionalization Theory:A Case of Xuzhou City

Abstract
With the acceleration of population aging,the problems faced by the elderly in subway travel are increasingly prominent.The elderly-friendly design of subway station space is crucial for improving the travel experience and quality of life of the elderly.This paper starts from the emotionalization theory,analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,and constructs a process and pain point diagram during their subway travel.Through questionnaires,it collects the elderly's evaluation on the elderly-friendliness of subway stations and analyzes and summarizes their demands for subway station space.According to the analysis results,the elderly-friendliness evaluation scores of Xuzhou subway station space from high to low are safety,convenience,comfort,and pleasure accordingly,and the scores of all items are relatively low.Based on this,the elderly-friendly design strategies for subway station space are proposed by combining with the three levels of emotional design.关键词
